Process for registration - please read!
Registration
will be handled
directly by MYLC this year, NOT through the Middlebury Recreation Department.
- MYLC Registration -
complete the registration form online
- Print on-line MYLC registration form
- Establish or renew required membership to U.S. Lacrosse;
Print and fill out
U.S. Lacrosse Form, or
apply
online and print confirmation
- Attend Mandatory Team Meeting March 22nd
(see times below)
- Pay Fees with check or cash (see below for details)
- Submit printed MYLC registration form at 3/22 meeting
- Submit completed U.S. Lacrosse form & check, or the online
confirmation page at 3/22 meeting

* The Club Midd meeting has been
cancelled. The Boys Club Midd team will begin
playing following the MUMS Lacrosse season.
They will then play in the St Albans tournament
and the Green Mountain ShootOut in June. There
will be no fees for MYLC, but we will require a
U.S. Lacrosse membership for each player. |

mandatory $25. US Lacrosse membership; which provides insurance and an
optional
subscription ($10.) to Lacrosse Magazine. If you establish or
renew your U.S. Lacrosse membership on line, your club fees will be
$25.00 less. Scholarships are available through the
Nathaniel Ketcham Memorial Fund. |
