Information
Registration Process - please read!
Registration
will be handled
directly by MYLC, not through the Middlebury Recreation Department.
- MYLC Registration -
complete the registration form online
- Print on-line MYLC registration form
- Establish or renew required membership to U.S. Lacrosse
ONLINE then print confirmation
- Attend Mandatory Team Meeting
on March 20 (see times below)
- Pay Fees with check or cash (see below for details)
- Submit printed MYLC registration form at meeting
- Submit U.S. Lacrosse confirmation form & check at meeting

Mandatory
Kick-off Meeting for parents and players
on Saturday morning March 20th at the
Middlebury Municipal Gym |

Cats & Lady Cats (5th/6th) - |
9:00 - 10:00 a.m. |

Cubs & Lady Cubs (3rd/4th) |
10:30 - 11:30
a.m. |
|
Note: Boys & Girls ClubMidd
(7th/8th) teams do not require registration at
this time. These Teams will start at the
close of the MUMS Lacrosse season and will
compete in the St. Albans "Big Jam" tournament,
and the Green Mountain Shoot Out. |

apply/renew online and print confirmation.

make sure you associate your player with Middlebury Youth Lacrosse
Club, Group ID: 467250. Note: Location is listed as
Bridport. Scholarships are available through the
Nathaniel Ketcham Memorial Fund. |
