Rules of Competition-
Boys:
Body checking is
permitted only against the player in possession of the ball – two hands must
be on the stick. Under 11 - No checking. Penalties will be
served. Time format of games will be two 20 minute periods, starting on the
hour.
Rules of Competition- Girls:
U11: No checking, but 3-second count rule applies.
U13 & U15: Modified Checking and 3-second count rule.

Certification of
insurance:
See GMSO Participant Waiver & Release of Liability . This form must be
signed by the player and parent/guardian for each player. We need US
lacrosse numbers to confirm insurance coverage. Please print, have them
completed, collect them into a package for each team and bring originals to
the tournament. In order to play, each
player is required to have a Waiver. No Waiver, No Play._
