To Register a Team:

1. Review Details
2. Fill out Team Registration
3. Complete Team Roster and email Excel file (in specified format) to Mike Sheets by 5/31
4. Fill out Waiver. In order to play, each player is required to have a Waiver.   No Waiver, No Play.  Bring originals to the registration table at the tournament.
5. Complete Coach Certification of Player Age and bring originals to the registration table at the tournament.
6. Review Code of Conduct with team
7. Mail Fee by 5/31.
